We are Doug and Traci Polumbo, the owners and operators of Big Lick CrossFit. Big Lick CrossFit was born from our desire to serve people. While we both seek to attain a higher level of personal fitness and live a healthy lifestyle, our passion is to share it with others. We strive to reignite your love of fitness, and lead you to long term lifestyle changes that allow you to live your very best life.

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday PM classes: 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 (no 6:30 class on Friday)
Wednesday AM classes: 5:15, 6:15, 8:15, & 9:30
Wednesday PM classes: 4:30 & 6:00
Saturday: 9:00 AM
